It won't have discrete issues, but instead will accrete content; old content won't disappear, it'll just get pushed to the bottom, always retrievable, though eventually things that prove useless or boring will get archived, or possibly, deleted.
DISCLAIMER: I have to say this because this medium is still inacessible to 99.9% of the planet, which includes nearly all my friends -- it will be for an intentionally small audience.
