There should never be any reason to ever have to deny personal
feelings. It is emotionally hellish to people and those aroudn
them when whole segments of lives are scuttled to appease a
Judeo-Christian mind death ethic where sexuality and sex rols
must conform to a rigid standard and those who deviate are
condemned. This is why it is so important to be honest about our
sexuality and to make a point of it. Nothing will ever change
when people remain quiet and hidden. Nothing will ever change if
people dress differently, listen to different music and say
``Fuck Authority'' while hiding their biggest secrets and not
backing up their words with actions. Finally, nothing will ever
change when people decide they are gay and are open about it but
attempt to slide into the mainstream not doing anything to change
the roots of bigotry or anything else. There are lots of barriers
and blocks tat we need to tear down before we can improve our
situation substantially. Get rid of the bullshit! Change is
possible!
