occasional, and growing, signs throughout intervening years (graffiti,
stickers on buses, covert actios at schools, school officials
snipered)

post sex-kids, blossomed from sxchool rebellion to within a year to
full scale rioting and indiscriminate slaughter of anyone in a suit or
uniform; no existing technology could handle the speed of a ten year
old metabolism nor the speed with which the idea spread. The more the
suits fought back, the more the world was disgusted, and soon
rebellion broke out all over.
