Mix photoemulsion 4:1 (8 ml:2ml was OK amount for one screen)

coat w/ piece of cardboard
make very very thin
dry inside a dark box (air, etc)
must use within 6 hours else it hardens by itself

bottom
of the screen
cover with glass (holds it flat NECESSARY)

10 x 14" screen -- height 12in
100 watt reflector bulb			1 hour

#1 photo flood				11 minutes

12 x 18 & up -- height 17in
150 watt reflector			1 hr 32 min
#1 photo flood				18 minutes
