Imagine the ramifications of: a arefully condstructed sample library of
Reagans speech, culled from hi-Q recordings, turned into phonemes andsuch
for some commercial synthesizer. Plus software, text->speech, no matter
how kludged (eg. spcific to the Reagan textbase).

Make it shareware/freeware. Make Reagan say *anything*. Repeat with
current personalities (Clinton, etc) and construct a conversation, say on
topical events.

Repeat with video images. It wouldn't matter how, or even real-time.
Construct a video with sound & motion.

Blow vid/sound as evidence out of the water, once and for all (speed it
up).
