I'm sorry to say I cannot give you permission to use the FidoNet
nodelist in any way other than what is already permitted. I realize
your list will be useful to sysops, and I hate to interfere with that,
but, in fact, the nodelist is for use in FidoNet alone.

The FidoNet nodelist is {\it not} a list of bulletin boards, in fact.
It is a network node list. The fact that many of them are BBSs is
coincidence\dots

While I retain legal copyright, I consider the nodelist to be in the
trust of the FidoNet itself, comprised of it's members. I base all my
actions upon that.
