Our group is made up of outcasts, lesbian and gay youth, punks, and
others from underground communities. We are confronted with prospects
of wasted lives, large scale homophobia and intolerance, suicide, and
fear. Our visions of a better world have been frustrated by
diminishing resources and opportunities for expression.

We bring together people who, like us, are alienated from
mainstream society, and introduce them to new and diverse
communities through communications-based structures such as
'zines and music/cultural events. We will continue to produce and
in some cases expand these events and publications for our
network of communities. We have worked out efficient
decentralized structures, and have a long history of producing
effective results.

Current projects include: HOMOCORE zine, a publication for
lesbian/gay punks and alternative youth; bi-weekly Illin' Noise
Productions shows at the Women's Buildings and elsewhere; support
and resources for other groups' projects. Past projects include
free, outdoors all-ages shows; political rally support; ACT-UP
event support; free skateboarding events and barbecues.
