Dear Mr.~Bean,

I am scheduled to attend a meeting with you regarding my FSET program,
on 6 January. However, I have a one-week job starting 4 January
(Monday), to be complete the following Monday, 11 January. I need to
re-schedule my meeting with you until after then, as I cannot afford
to miss this work.

I called you twice this past week (Tuesday and Wednesday) and left a
message with Ms.~Fowler as well. Since I didn't hear from you, I
thought I'd follow up with this letter. I hope this is adequate to
maintain my elegibility, until we an arrange another meeting. I can
meet with you any day starting with 12 January.
