Soon to be ISDN IP service providers. Very interested in becoming an
intimate part of TLG/RG. including sharing resources and helping out
with maintenance, etc.

We have been talking to them on and off since early 93. They seem solid.

They want T1 when they start. We can also refer people interested in
ISDN to them. We can provide drops to other ISDN isolated areas for
interconnectivity.

They are interested in Frame Relay, as PacHell has some sort of
ISDN/FrameRelay thing.
