We may soon become a CIX member, with a direct connection via the
CIX-West router, and are looking for a route to the NSFnet and other,
non-CIX-member networks. 

I would like to find out about having XXXX provide this service; what it
would cost, restrictions, limitations, etc. I don't know how our usage
would be quantified under this circumstance, and therefore don't know
what information to provide you at this point.

We have 50 sites in California, Oregon and Washington states, with
fractional T1 interconnecting our larger POPs and to the CIX-West
router. 

Any information to get us started asking the right questions would be
appreciated.
