Installed ACCELL cap, rotor and points. Orig. points were Kragen junk.
Negligible wear to points, rubbing block worn badly. Lubrication was OK.
Cap and rotor were OK. Matched point cap of .015". Mechanicals
looked fine, mech advance free and clean. Cleaned and oiled lightly.
Advance plate clean and rattle-free. ~.002" shaft slop.

Ignition timing was 30 (!) deg. at 600rpm. Dropped to 6 deg. Measured:

	static	 6	idle
	mech	20	high speed
	both	46	high speed

where "high speed" means maxed out, ie. no increase with increase in
RPM.
