We will be having a meeting after-hours in our suite, #3075,
Wednesday 19 January, at 7:30pm. I contacted your office last week,
and was told to fax a list of the people who will attend. That's
included below.

I've told everyone that they will have to signin at the door. We
will meet everyone in the lobby, and escort them to our suite. 

We have already made arrangements with MTC who shares Suite 3075.
