Our current incarnation is too young to have any statstics. We have two
people working on SNMP stats software now.

All of our hardware is new. All but one small (modem only) POP is on
UPSs, and all are checked perioudically (we test for 10 minutes up tim
minimum for now). Everything is adequately sized. Since our recent build
up, we've had one hour total downtim while we switched in the final head
router. Outage since Nov 93 (buildout time) other than that has been
zero.

We're feeding other IP Service Providers who demand 24/7 so you'r ein
good company :-)

We do not have a formal problem system yet. What we do have is an
informal system of contact numebrs, and there are four of us callable
24 hrs a day in case of emergencies. We have a basic emergency plan but
have not deployed iet yet (asnwering service, screen questions, pagers,
etc).

The main POP is accessible 24 hrs a day, though one southern POP
requires coordination for the key.

It's something we're working on now. TL does not provide feeds as part
of its services, though we have a T1-connected site (nbn.com) with whom
you can corodinate. He's got a solid feed from outside TLG.
