 * Once they complete the Order Form to your satisfaction
   * Prepare the short-form for them (/tlg/doc/start-order)
     * Pick a network number from /tlg/work/networks, mark with 
       "*** Contact Name"
     * Edit the form (POP, unnecessary lines, etc)
     * Send form [includes instructions to order phone lines, 
       get modems, etc]

 * When they return the form
   * Iterate if incomplete

 * Process info (from form):
   * Save copy in /tlg/forms (strip garbage)
   * mailing list ("tlg-<pop>-list", garden-interest)
   * telco list (/tlg/work/telco)
   * contact list (tlg/work/contact)
   * world (/tlg/work/world)
   * 140.174.xx: update /tlg/work/networks with net name ("domain-net")
   * Add to /tlg/named/named.boot (sec or backup)
   * Add to wps.com:~/biz/member-timeline
 * Send member /tlg/doc/finish-order
