As promised, here is the agreement regarding the services that The
Little Garden will provide. If you have any questions or comments,

This yearly agreement is between The Little Garden (TLG) and the County
of San Mateo, Department of Information Services (SMC).

The one time installation fee for 56KB Internet connection is:
			$1500

The recurring monthly service fee paid in advance for one year ($325 per 
month) with a 10% discount when paid in advance of invoicing:
			$3510

TLG will provide internet connectivity to SMC and a subnet address of
(140.174.135.0).

The CSU/SDUs on both ends of the leased line are owned by SMC. SMC will
contact Pacific Bell concerning support for the line between TLG and
SMC.

TLG will provide Internet Protocol (IP) connectivity from SMC's CSU/DSU
to the TLG router onto the rest of the Internet.

TLG will also provide ongoing support for the SMC's IP subnet.
