Here's my hack at a response to your form.  Let me know if I've bozed on
anything.  As far as TLG billing goes, I'd be very happy to have regular
billing, with someone available to straighten out messes.  I've had a lot
of hassles with TIS, and I'm more than a little tired of it.  They have
been perfectly pleasant to deal with, but problems don't get resolved.  I
also don't get billed on anything like a regular basis.  So, tell me what
I owe the garden (and why), and I'll pay it.  Also, if you'll call me up,
I may be able to work up some enthusiasm for more serious $$aid$$ for TLG.
