The ASCII map is pretty screwed up.  The section for Cygnus mistakes
interfaces for routers.  Also, the names of the routers are not right
(either in the map or in the domain names) since what used to be
"cygnus-pa" is now "cygnus-mv" but we haven't changed the names yet.
You and Stu should coordinate to get names we can understand in both
places.

814 University is hung off of the Little Garden router at TIS, not the
one at Cygnus.  (It's the same wire that ran from TIS to Cygnus before
Cygnus moved).  The router at TIS talks to: local ether, 814 Univ
(56k), and Cygnus (T1).  The router at Cygnus talks to:  local ether,
Toad Hall (56k), and TIS (T1).  The "spare port" we currently have
at TIS is on the Cisco that currently talks to local ether, Alternet (T1),
and spare.
