Rage Against The Machine Freedom The video review RATM has garnered quite a reputation. Cross fusing rap with hard core, radical politics, a controversial set on the Lalapalooza tour. All these aspects come through on their video 'Freedom.' The video images tell the story of the American Indian Movement, Lenard Peltier, and the government's attempst to squash the movement. Though a couple of complaints. While the song 'Freedom' is a damn good song, it doesn't really say much. Though it goes great with the video perfectly. Surfin Bird rating I can see them doing a cover. And it would be an interesting one. Engines Of Agression The Illusion Is Real Priority released their horrid four track demo as their debut album (if you see it around, don't bother). A lot of people that I know heard it, and wrote the band off. Hell, if I hadn't seen them live, I would've wrote 'em off as well. Fortunatly, I saw them live. EOA got into a studio, and recorded a album that's closer to how they are live, than the four track did. The video was done by the director of Teminator (and it's pretty obvious). Lot's of industrial wasteland post-nuclear holocost scenes all over the place. They also threw in a axe wielding clown for good measure. A damn good video, and a damn good song to boot. Surfing Bird rating They are capable of doing one. Though, I can't imagine how it would sound. Course Of Empire Infested Pain Jerk Pure noise. Pure fucking noise. The use nothing but guitar pedals, and amplifiers. Everything turned up to maximum volume. Wow. I love em. Surfin Bird Rating IF they did a cover, you wouldn't recognize it. Plus, they would be playing it for several hours. SNFU Look People Keep the day jobs catatgory Eve's Plumb
