There is a commercial version of PC Eudora that has many new features above
the free version.  In this directory is the file e_by_qc.exe, which is a
self-extracting archive that contains several Word for Windows documents
describing the commercial version, listing prices, etc.  Just download the
file and run it on your PC, and the files will be extracted from the archive.
