Hi, just spoke with Geoff Kroepel, of the SEMich GMB, who's busy 
coordinatrixing the assemblage of the audit committee. He's spoken with 
Bill and Robert (and me-- did he call you?)

Well, in case he didn't, here's another chance to be involved in the 
process (such as it is). He says he's lookin at weekends, which is 
exactly where I'm (and, I think, you're) at. The first weekends of Oct. 
and Nov. areout for me (got my ticket to LA today!!!), so that would 
leave the weekends of the 8th, 15th or 22nd in an October flavor. I 
believe Bill Meyers comes down to SF routinely around the 15ths and 1sts 
of each month, so we may (or may not) be moving towards the 15th weekend 
of October (though Geoff was saying something about a Friday, and I'd 
rather not take any time off work for this-- saving that ol' goodwill for 
actions. Like today. But that's another story altogether... kinda goes 
like "Lookin at the cops watching us watch them watch us,  thinkin they 
look ridiculous and they know it, and we know it, and they know we know 
it and... you know, *that* kinda action...)

ANYway. That's the 411 on audit cmte. preps. Please let me know your 
needs, and I'll be sure that those are incorporated into my concerns as 
well. (Also, if they haven't, I'll MAKETHOSE BOYS CALL YOU!!! Oh yes I 
will...)

Just got a call from Geoff Kroepel, S.E. Mich. GMB, re. a Date for 
th'Auditing of the Almighty Finances. Get yer crayons ready!  *:) *:) *:)

He wants one of the following weekends:

28-31 October (Ooooooh!a Halloween Audit! spooky...)

or

the weekend of 11-14 Nov.

Bill Meyers says either will do,and I say we gotta emphasize the weekend 
days, as I can't really take a lot of time off work for this. Geoff 
shares this Precious Thought.

So choose eitherof these, or propose another weekend, and I'll pass the 
word along. The sooner we let Geoff know, the cheaper his ticket...

Deke, Either of those weekends will work for me. Probably the november 
dates will work just a bit better as I am going to be taking another job 
over my weekends (very part-time thing...)  that may be mostly or all 
done by November...Thanks for your facilitatrix skills. I hope your time 
with your moms was great!

Hi FW's, 

Just talked with Geoff in Ann Arbor, who says he can come out here *not* 
on 21-24 October, but *rather* the 28-31st. Sorry for the gimp on my part.

Anyway, he's not online;  but if I can get a confirm/deny from each of 
the two of you ASAP, I'll call him and set the date, so he can buy his 
plane ticket. This weekend will be OK for me...
