Hi, sorry my e-mail skills aren't what they could be and I've been sending
mail to  the wrong list or to the list when it should have gone directly
to you. I think Deke will forward my last posting to you or you can find
it on the iww-news list wheree I'm sure there are many people not getting
it even as I type.  I'm not sure I like the idea of GEB posting not
going to the membership at all.  Now that I understand the difference
between the lists I will probably post my responses on the members only
list on fido.  I think it would be nice if we carry on at least some of
our debate where members have access to it.  Is there a GEB only list?
OR do whave to do it ourselves? If there is a list, will you send me
the address?
    Also I have been giving considerable thought  to the mandate to
examine our decentralization process and could really use a copy of
the original proposal if there was one as I am unclear on what was
supposed to happen vs. what really happened.
     Well, I hope to see you soon.  (the best for me would be if
you and deke came down wed. night for my going away party and then
we had breakfast to talk about union business.  FW Israel Zuckerman
has offered his very comfy couch to you  if that is agreeable.)
